Language Sciences Undergraduate Research Conference (LSURC)

The UBC Speech and Linguistics Student Association (SALSA) is excited to partner with the Language Sciences Initiative to organize a brand new undergraduate conference for research in language and communication studies! The Language Sciences Undergraduate Research Conference (LSURC) is set to take place on February 2 & 3, 2017 at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC.

Our goal is to create an opportunity for students to explore, through the work of their peers, current research in language and communication from an interdisciplinary perspective. Any undergraduate student working on related topics are invited to apply, whether they are in Linguistics, Psychology, Computer Science, Applied Sciences or any other field! The Call for Papers is set to be open from November 1 to December 5, 2016.

Everyone is welcome to attend and entry is FREE OF CHARGE, so make sure to come by for some refreshments and presentations!
